Enjoy Oct 2024 harvest oil from my farm. This is one of the best robust olive oils in the world with an extremely complex flavor profile that captures the wonderful ripe fruit flavors of Arbequina and the spicy green herbaceousness of Hojiblanca. It is perfectly balanced with high fruitiness, medium bitterness, and strong pungency. The ripe fruitiness is nutty, buttery, tropical and ripe apple. The green fruitiness is of spicy herbs, artichoke, green banana, mint, cinnamon, black pepper and chili pepper. The bitterness and pungency are perfectly balanced!!
